PartyInTime is partnered with Bamboo which is a Japanese Sushi (Own by Japanese Chef) restaurant located in Northvale, NJ, about 30 minutes north of Edgewater.

We can provide a full setup with the Dol Sang as well as provide the restaurant location and food for your event.

Bamboo is a restaurant that has "All You Can Eat" sushi as well as "Ala Carte" with 70 seats including a full sushi bar.  All sushi is made fresh to order rather than sitting on a buffet line although we can do a buffet setup for your guests.  Bamboo is different than many restaurants in the area and we take great pride in using the freshest fishes available including flying in Hawaiian "Big Eye" Tuna from Hawaii and using Premier Scottish Salmon.  Most of our competitors use inferior Frozen Tuna and Atlantic Salmon instead.
